A little about us...
My Name is Peter Silvester and I have been advising clients since 1998 on their mortgage requirements, whether that be Purchase, Re-mortgage, Buy to let or self employed mortgage advice and more recently Equity release advice (lifetime mortgages).
My service is how I aim to stand out from the crowd. My clients trust me to advise and deliver for their solutions in order to help them in their requiremnets. I have many testimonials which speak volumes of how clients have found my service which you can view on this website.
I often am able to secure a mortgage offer in difficult cases and in a timely manner, due to my knowledge and contacts within the lenders. Mortgage offers usually can take weeks, however it is not unknown to achieve these in days in the right circumstances.
I have many repeat clients, and many calls I receive relate to happy clients speaking positively about their experinece using my service, which means that we cotinually evolve in providing the correct solutions in an ever changing market.
I am a member of the Equity Release council and hold the separate and relevant Qualifications to advise in this area in addition to my Mortgage qualifications.
